Needs power to work
Great wireless cameras but don’t be fooled as it doesn’t say anything about needing power all 4 cameras need plugging in separately to power. Very clear day and night the set up is a bit mystifying at first but once done, very easy. My son loves looking at them on the iPad.

Ich war zwar skeptisch, da ich bisher nicht so gute Erfahrungen mit Kameras aller Art gemacht habe.Ein CyberMonday Angebot und die Rezensionen hier ließen mich aber trotzdem zugreifen.Positiv:- Bildqualität ist gut, auch Nachts- “Installation” ist super einfach – Strom anschließen und die Kameras verbinden sich mit dem Router von selbst.Ich hatte inkl. 1 TB Festplatte bestellt, das System war schon so eingestellt, dass es beim Anschalten automatisch aufzeichnetNegativ ist einizig die Funkverbindung der Kameras mit dem NVR, die ist etwas schwach auf der Brust. Zum Überwachen meiner Doppelhaushälfte reicht es aber noch.Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich hoffe die Langlebigkeit wird mich ähnlich begeistern.Ich werde dazu Updates posten.

Gut soweit, aber….
Alles soweit gut. Habe aber nach 9 Monaten Betrieb, ein Problem mit meinem Magenta TV. Er sagt das ein Gerät im Netzwerk mit IGMPv2 Protokoll stört. Wenn ich das Netzwerkkabel des Kamerarecivers entferne, dann geht wieder mein Magenta TV. Der Hersteller Zosi ist im Moment mit mir im Kontakt, aber er versteht wahrscheinlich nicht mein Problem.

Dreadful experience…..it has caused me nothing but problems. More than disappointed. Cameras arrived…They were installed but they would not operate….repeatedly asked for a UK number to speak to someone on the technical side but to no avail. We needed the 20 digit code and QR…I had two very experienced IT men working on it and hours and hours were spent and to no avail. On my screen it came up as Illegal code. It went from bad to worse. Zosi responded by messages through Messenger in the middle of the night but not responding to the straightforward question. They rang once at an agreed time but again their English was not brilliant and again the question that was being asked was not addressed. Had many conversations and emails with Amazon …they did arrange a refund and a small amount in compensation and a gift basket…. ALL .very good BUT i AM OUT OF POCKET BY HUNDREDS OF POUNDS…..(DUE TO THE IT ENGINEERS)…….DO NOT purchase goods when there is no UK based customer service. Very dissatisfied …….

4,5 Sterne trifft es ganz gut.Die Installation ist sehr einfach, weil man wirklich die Kameras nur anschrauben und mit nem Netzteil verbinden muss (Verlängerung separat erhältlich).Kameras verbinden sich auch nach wenigen Sekunden mit dem NVR.Nachricht und Bild am Tag sind perfekt und Bedienungsoberfläche ganz OK.Was man kritisieren kann ist die Empfangsleistung: Hier muss man ein bisschen die Antennen drehen und den Empfangsvereich mit der Repeaterfunktion erweitern (alles aber mit ein wenig Arbeit und Bedienungsanleitung möglich)Da auch die mitgelieferten Schrauben sehr schlecht sind gäbe es eigentlich 4 Sterne, wenn da nicht der günstige Preis, das perfekte Plug and Play und eine gute mobile Ansicht wäre 👍

Great product for the price. Pity the signal strength isn’t great. I had to play around with the repeater function to piggy back one of the cameras onto another but all in all good product and does what I need it to do.

The unit stopped working suddenly and made a bleeping sound. I contacted the company and they were very helpful. Coco sent me a link to re set the unit and then contacted me a few days later to check if what was working ok! I am very pleased with the after sales support for this set up which works well.

Good solid CCTV System
I am by no way an expert in CCTV systems, but I plumbed for the ZOSI 4CH HD Wireless system.Very easy to install and use.I’ve had a couple of issues with one particular camera as it is quite exposed to the elements but the customer service is first class. As soon as I contacted them the sent a replacement camera with no fuss at all.I would certainly recommend this system to friends who are just looking for basic functionality to monitor and record activities.

Easy to install, excellent after care
This is easy to setup, gives great picture quality night and day. The phone app works great as well.Only issue I have had is in the last thunder storm I lost two of the power supply’s, but the customer support without delay assisted me and sent two replacements so my system was back up and running within 10 days.Great product and excellent after care

Système bon marché mais peu pratique pour le montage.Chaque caméra doit être branchée dans une prise avec un transfo ou par la prise RJ45 mais qui est scellée.Aucun connecteur n’est deconnectable.Peut convenir pour l’intérieur mais pas pour l’extérieur.

I bought this too late (Iknow I know) after some thieving lowlifes broke into my garage and stole my son’s expensive motocross bike – squeezing it past my classic Lotus Esporit V8 and scraping the paint in the process.I looked around and this seemed a decent setup. It was delivered very quickly and was simple enough for initial setupWireless signal not so great the further you get from the base unit (as expected) so I had to hard wire one camera. I do notice thgat the hard-wired camera goves a better quality picture so I might do another couple. It’s strange as the camera closest to the base unit gets the weakest signal – its behind a wall/patio doos so maybe these affect the signal more that I realised.I did have a problem – after two or three weeks one camera that worked initially then stopped – combined with unreliable signal (just as I was looking to connect a network cable) so it took a little bit of investigating before I found the camera was faulty rather than just the signal strength..Customer support through the Amazon link has been great (Emma). A replacement camera arrived promptly and works well.But – my experience going through the ZOSITECH.COM website for support was terrible – lesson learned there – and thankfullly Emma intervened and it all is well again.In fact they are sending me an extra (spare) cameraI to compensate for the difficulty I’d had. In reality anything can go wrong with any piece of equipment and the company have ultimately gone out their way to help. I would have given 5 stars except for the bit of difficulty I had with their customer support initially.So -in conclusion it is a good enough system – and the remote smartphone, computer. tablet access works just fine (unlike some have said). It is a a bit of a bargain really. But if you do have a problem or a fault (and that can happen with anything) then get your help via the Amazon link.It seems that reviews really matter to them too – they were VERY keen that I updated my (initially negative) review after they’s sorted the problem.And this IS a genuine review – something it seems you can’t always be sure of.

The only thing I didn’t like about this system in the ethernet connection is too thick, had to buy a bigger dril bit to drill hole in the wall, also have to leave cable slightly exposed, because there’s no room to fit screws with the bigger holes needed for cables, otherwise good.

I’ve had this for four years now and it has worked perfectly. This week I noticed it has stopped recording (but live view still worked). I contacted Zosi and their rep (Rainbow) help diagnose that the hard drive had failed (they only last a few years with over-writing), recommended a replacement via Amazon and sent me a video link showing how to replace the hard drive (a screwdriver and 5 minutes are all you need). This is a great unit, but for me, continuing to get helpful tech support outside of warranty is fantastic.

Needed help when one of the camera cables was deliberately cut. I requested assistance from Zosi tech support and began dialogue with Leonard. Very quickly he understood my problem, requested pics via What’s App and dealt with my problem in a great customer service manner. Leonard suggested alternative systems as sadly my system is no longer available. Having said that I had a sound and focused customer experience. Thanks for all your help Leonard.

Reasonable product for the price.
Limited wireless range – used on a bungalow and had to re think my base station location due to poor signal. 10 fps max in 1080p and often struggles with live video playback. Other than this product does what it says on the tin !

Easy to set up
Was very easy to set up straight out of the box , i am viewing the footage from the cameras on a monitor i kept from a previous computer connected to the NVR via a vga lead , so haven’t had to download any apps for a mobile phone , so don’t know how easy that would be . the wireless signal from all four cameras is very good ., although my furthest camera is only about 60ft away from the NVR .The daytime colour images and night black and white images are very acceptable from a set up that cost less than £200 . The only problems i had was drilling a 16mm hole through brickwork to accept the power lead which has a 16mm suppressor 6″ away from the end that plugs into the camera lead. The other part of the split camera lead has a 22mm socket for attaching an ethernet cable should you need one. This and the power connection i coiled up and put in a waterproof junction box on the wall next to the camera , problem solved . If you are connecting to wood or upvc soffit etc where you have access to a void you wont have this problem . All cctv systems are similar regardless of the manufacturer , so i suppose it is what it is ! Overall Very Pleased.

dopo due mesi dall’accuisto una telecamera restava rosa, contattato centro assistenza e dopo alcune prove l’operatore (Fannie) con molta cortesia a dato ok alla sostituzione e spedizione.La spedizione via francia non è mai arrivata.Ricontatto l’operatore Fannie e questa volta in una settimana via germania è arrivata.Ritengo L’assistenza buona e cortese.Massimiliano

Even though the company is in China, they answered my email promptly.
We were very pleased overall at how easy this system was to fit and how good the images were. Even putting the app on more than 1 phone was easier than I expected as I am not very tech savvy. We did have a faulty black power lead which I messaged the company about, they promptly replied and a very nice lady called Cathy took care of us. I sent images of the faulty part and she despatched a replacement the same day, it only took 2 days to reach us which I though was miraculous, also no issues with sending back the faulty part they did not need it returned. I would definitely recommend this system, and will be adding more cameras in future.

fonctionne parfaitement en WIFI, mais impossible de les installer en RJ45 reseau (et pourtant c’est mon boulot…)le wifi fonctionne jusqu’à 30 sans soucis.(suffisant pour une habitation )SAV impressionnant, (attention au décalage horaire avec la chine ) j’ai passé plusieurs fois 2 h avec le SAV via Messenger, et toujours sympa, au final , j’ai racheté un kit filaire .a recommander en prenant compte de cette info.images impeccables pour la résolution appli au top.(cela ne sert pas a grand chose de prendre des résolutions supérieur car après il faut un débit 3 g élevé…..pour récupérer les images sur son portable..

Point fort qualité d’enregistrement par rapport au 1 jeu que j’ai acheté.Point faible aucun répéteur wifi pour les caméras, le wifi des caméras pas puissant tandis que mon 1 jeu l’avait.Sinon fonctionne bien.Pas le même logiciel sur portable et pc.J’ai eu un problème avec une caméra voir photo et Zosi Eu Store me l’a changé donc maintenant tout fonctionne à merveilleMerci à vous pour l’échange standard

bonjour, a voir avec le temps mais très bon produit, facile à mettre en œuvre caméras captent bien le réseau, disque dur de 1 tera, point noir consulter les caméras d un autre pc est impossible, le serveur pas adapté pour les derniers Chrome Firefox etc… pour avoir les alarmes via internet détection il faut abaisser au minium la sécurité du compte, dangereux…

Très bon produit, fait son job.Attention à l’emplacement du récepteur si il est trop loin (25metres avec deux murs entre les deux) la liaison se coupe de temps à autre sauf si vous mettez l’entenne sur plot noir.La définition est tout juste pour lire une plaque d’immatriculation à 10m

Ce produit ne fonctionne qu’en Wifi, impossible de faire la connexion via un câble réseau.
Produit acheté pour avoir une vision sur mon portail qui est à moins de 50 mètres de la maison , les murs sont épais car habitation ancienne donc ne comptez pas sur le Wifi hors de portée mais le câble réseau n’est pas mieux contrairement au descriptif du produit ,Je n’ai jamais pu paramétrer le logiciel pour le réseau.Je déconseille ce produit si vous ne pouvez pas recevoir le Wifi, je vais renvoyer le tout et demander le remboursement.

Vraiment très bien ,facile à installer, les images sont de bonnes qualité , on peut regarder à tout moment via son téléphone les images en direct ou brancher le disque dur sur un écran avec un câble HDMI ou VGA , la vision nocturne est parfaite .. Pour le prix , aucune remarque négative à faire.

Le matériel est bon mais il faut être un bon bidouilleur si vous voulez configurer les caméras pour passer en wifi par un routeur(il faut accéder au server web intégré à chacune des caméras ) . Par contre le service client est nul , ils ne lisent pas les messages et répondent à côté plusieurs fois ….

Schwächen bei der Reichweite und Funktion
Ich habe die Anlage kurz nach dem Kauf installiert. Sender und Empfänger funktionieren nur gut, wenn zwischen den beiden keine Hindernisse sind, also wenn sich die beiden Antennen “sehen”. Ich habe dies dann, wo es notwendig war, mit Verkabelung erreicht. – Inzwischen ist eine Kamera ausgefallen und kann auch durch Auswechseln von Kabel oder Antenne nicht wieder in Funktion versetzt werden. Ich muss also davon ausgehen, dass die Kamera defekt ist. Die Stromversorgung ist in Ordnung. Nachts sind die Infrarotlämpchen zu sehen. Ein Bild wird weder am Tag noch in der Nacht gesendet. Die anderen 3 Kameras der Anlage mit 4 Kameras funktionieren noch einwandfrei.Inzwischen habe ich ohne Probleme eine neue Kamera auf Garantie erhalten. Sie ist montiert und funktioniert. Der Kugelkopf für die Befestigung und Einstellung der neuen Kamera ist aus Metall, man kann feiner justieren. Bei mir sind alle Antennen mit Verlängerungen so montiert, dass keine Wände oder Decken dazwischen sind. Ich würde empfehlen die Anlage mit Lan-Verbindungen zu montieren.Wegen der Schwäche der Antennenverbindung habe ich meine Beurteilung daher von zuerst 1 auf 3 Sterne geändert.

Wireless is hopeless
I have had this system for about 1 year so can now post a review. 1st off, the wireless feature was the main selling point but I have to say that it simply does not work. Pictures freeze or hang continuously. I have had to hardwire all 4 cameras to ethernet to get consistent signal Cameras to ethernet hub, ethernet hub to router). There are Youtube videos on how to do this. I also had to extend the (3m) power lines using speaker cables to be able to place the cameras around the house. I have had one camera fail in the past year – easily replaced free of charge by Zosi. Also had the DVR stop recording and was instructed by Tech support to open up the unit and jiggle the hard drive around which seemed to cure it.

Voranstellen möchte ich, dass ich das Überwachungssystem aufgrund eines Einbruchdiebstahls in unser Ferienobjekt erworben habe.Das System besteht aus einer Basis mit vier drahtlosen Kameras (aus Metall) und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Kameras wurden sofort erkannt und das System ist so vorkonfiguriert, dass es sofort einsatzbereit ist. Nach dem ersten Einschalten habe ich noch ein Update auf die neueste Software durchgeführt – dazu war das System mit dem Internet via LAN verbunden. Wenn man die Kameras an den Strom anschließt, dauert es einige Sekunden, bis man ein Bild auf dem Monitor hat. Auch gibt es eine leichte Verzögerung in der Bildwiedergabe, die mich aber nicht gestört hat. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut. Das System lässt sich mit der beiliegenden Maus steuern. Der Bildausschnitt lässt sich mit einem Rahmen, den man mit der Maus zieht frei skaliert vergrößern. Das Servicemenü bietet sehr viele Einstellungen, die für Laien wie mich zuweilen auch kompliziert sind. Gern hätte ich beispielsweise einzelne Bereiche ausgepixelt; die entsprechende Funktion habe ich aber noch nicht gefunden. Ich weiß daher nicht, ob das mit dem Set überhaupt geht.Leider war eine Kamera meines Sets defekt – sie hat laute Klickgeräusche gemacht und der Schraubverschluss der Antenne hielt nicht. Ich habe daher den Hersteller kontaktiert. Dort war man sehr zuvorkommend und hat mir vollkommen unbürokratisch eine neue Kamera übersandt. Das nenne ich Service! Vielen Dank dafür. Wenn ein Hersteller so reagiert, verzeiht man gern Defekte. Für mich ist die Reaktion des Herstellers ein Qualitätsmerkmal, dass für den Hersteller spricht.Daher gebe ich dem Produkt auch uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne!

Had a problem with one of the cameras, picture was cloudy and not very clear in night mode, contacted Zosi customer services and started to chat with Slina who came up with a few suggestions on how to fix the camera. We tried these and moved the camera to a different position with no joy.Found the problem to be a curved plastic cover had come off above the IR lights on the rain/sun shield causing glare from the white surround. Stuck this back on and now the picture in night mode is great.Again great customer service from Slina with a very quick response.

Great customer service and good product
I am very happy with this system, it’s very easy to install and ZOSI has a great customer service, they instructed me very kindly whenever I had a question. Also, at first I had some problems to connect cameras to my mobile phone, but very helpful comets and instructions but the support team helped me to sort out the problems.After more than 8 months There was a problem in the system which caused a noise from the recording box, by contacting customer service, they kindly instructed me step by step and could find the problem which was related to upgrading the system and was sorted out.The customer service of ZOSI is brilliant, they even responded my emails during weekend and could solve the problem in a very short time.

Für Laien nicht zu empfehlen
Für Laien unmöglich zu installieren. Beim ersten Einrichten waren für 2 Minuten Bilder auf dem Monitor zu sehen und seit dem kein Mux mehr, von der Lan- Verbindung zur Fritzbox ganz zu schweigen. Seit dem Kauf also für mich nicht nutzbar. Vlt treibe ich mal einen Fachmann für das Einrichten auf, so lange machen die 4 Kameras halt einen guten Eindruck im/am Haus.

Had technical problem
I am giving 4 stars because I was not happy with technical support. The device worked well for a month and then I could not log in. I tried to fix it myself while waiting for help, they provide customers with questions and answers, but I just wasted 3 hours. They replied early morning next day and everything was sorted in 5 minutes. The guy from technical support was very efficient. They explained there’s a time difference that is why it took so long to respond. My advice is to chat early in the morning if you live in the UK. Anyway the system is working and I hope it will be ok.

I’m no DIY expert but found this system easy to install. The key was working out how I’d power them from an internal socket & a hefty drill bit to go through the masonry. Once up, the cameras paired themselves to the NVR & as soon as I plugged it in & attached it to the tv, boom, there they were.The only issue I had was one camera was too far from the NVR & kept dropping out. I read the instructions & connected this one to another camera in series (dead easy to follow instructions) & since then, no drop outs at all.Very good picture & for around the home it’s perfect. Great value for money & so easy being Wi-fi.

Gutes Überwachungssystem
War auf der Suche nach einem wireless Kamerasystem zur Überwachung unseres Anwesens. Anfangs war ich bei dieser Anlage etwas skeptisch, Lieferung aus China, wohl keine deutsche Anleitung. Als ich aber in den Fragen zu diesem Produkt gesehen habe, dass diese überwiegend vom Lieferant und in deutsch beantwortet wurden, konnte ich mir dann doch vorstellen, das Produkt zu kaufen.War dann insgesamt positiv überrascht, stabile Kameras, ordentliche Verarbeitung und für die Installation benötigt man eigentlich keine Anleitung, alles an den Strom anschließen und im Prinzip funktioniert dann auch schon alles, den NVR (das Aufnahmegerät) lässt sich schon während dem Start auf eine deutsche Benutzeroberfläche umstellen und ist dadurch dann recht schnell intuitiv bedienbar, auch ohne Gebrauchsanweisung.Ein kleines Problem hatte ich (es fehlte eine Antenne), nachdem ich deswegen den Händler kontaktierte hatte, wurde dieses Problem jedoch sehr schnell (und in deutsch) behoben, innerhalb weniger Tagen wurde mir Ersatz zugestellt.Die Angaben zur Reichweite der Kameras erscheint mir etwas hoch, da (o. k., auch durch Mauern bedingt) die Verbindungsstärke doch geringer ist als erwartet.Allerdings trotzdem stabil, habe auf jeden Fall keine Aussetzer oder Verbindungsabbrüche. Da ich allerdings nur diese Anlage nun kenne, kann ich nicht beurteilen, wie das bei anderen Herstellern ist (denke aber, da wird überall “optimal” angegeben).Die “Nachtsicht” ist meines Erachtens recht gut, Tageslicht eh kein Thema.Mal sehen, wie sich die Anlage hält, aus heutiger Sicht würde ich sie wieder bestellen.

The signal connection between the camera and the host is not good enough
Hi, I bought this product last month and I only had time to install the two cameras yesterday, but the signal connection between the camera and the host is not good enough. Maybe the distance between them is a little far 20 meters. The picture shows that it was yesterday. The picture at night is still the same today. This product is an outdoor surveillance camera. The distance of 20 meters should be within the normal range. I would like to ask if there are any accessories that can supplement the signal so that the signal can be responded well even at a distance of 20 meters. Thank you

Tolles Set macht was es soll, nur App/Installation müsste verbessert werden!
Kameras und Festplatte und Bilder sehr gut! Nur die Installation ist nicht so einfach. App funktioniert nicht ordentlich, aber Preis/Leistung ist okay.

Hallo,ich habe das Überwachungsset mit 1 TB seit fast einem Monat und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Die Installation war ganz einfach und ist für jedermann möglich. Der Empfang ist zwar nicht der beste, obwohl die Kameras ganz in der Nähe des Empfängers sind, habe teilweise nur einen Balken, aber das Bild ist trotzdem zu 99% immer vorhanden und wenn es ausfällt ist es sofort wieder da.Die App war ebenfalls sehr einfach einzurichten.Beim Set ist eine externe Antenne für eine Kamera dabei, falls diese weiter entfernt ist, aber da merke ich zur kurzen Antenne keinen Empfangsunterschied.Trotz der kleinen Schwächen beim Empfang, der ja zumindest bei mir kein wirkliches Problem ist, kann ich dieses System nur weiterempfehlen.Bis jetzt habe ich auch über die App immer Empfang gehabt.Bei der App habe ich nur manchmal das Problem, das diese beim ersten mal starten nicht gleich funktioniert, dann muß ich die App einfach noch einmal starten und sie funktioniert sofort problemlos.Viel Spass damit

Brilliant & amazing.
This CCTV system is amazing for value for money but also really good quality at the same time. The cameras provide great quality pictures in standard mode but even better when you switch to HD.The app works well and I found it really helpful when our cat went missing. We were able to review the back garden CCTV that recorded his early morning activity (it was dark but the night vision is great) and it directed us to where he was last. We subsequently found him!!All in all, if you are looking to purchase a CCTV system, don’t bother with expensive systems such as ADT and Yale, rather use this one instead.Darren

Good system and great service support.
This has lots of good features and works right out of the box. Whilst the user handbook is a bit woolly, the email help and the manufactures website is really helpful, and quick to respond. To get the most you’ll need to update the software on both the NVR and the camera’s but this is quite easy (just ask any child with a smart phone)!. The remote viewing app works well and has access to the hard disk and past recordings. The only down point is that the app wont work with an Amazon Fire Tablet. I have the 1TB hard disk which gives about 16 days of storage.

Good night vision, records well but no good for remote viewing whilst away.
Easy to set up and wifi connection worked well with one unit 60ft away in the summer house. Night vision is very good.However; cameras are not 960P, only 480P but the recorder is 960P when showing 4 cameras at once.Main reason for buying this was to remote view home whilst away on trips now retired and sadly the remote viewing is a complete let down.Couldn’t get the App to communicate at all with the unit and when the unit did stream remotely over the website the signal keeps losing every couple minutes and when it is live the quality is appalling (see image 2).Contacted tech support but couldn’t understand the reply, couldn’t get app to work at all so returned unit and now looking for a replacement.

Spent a long time looking at various CCTV systems and finally decided on this product. Very simple to initially setup but haven’t been able to install the disc as my laptop won’t read the small disc supplied which is why I am only given it 4 stars. The app was also easy to set up and is a great feature, I would certainly recommend this product.

Excellent customer service.
I had a small problem with one of my camera,s misting up causing a foggy picture contacted ZOSI absolutely no problem replaced the camera immediately, This is the second system I have had and can not praise them highly enough excellent product and excellent company to deal with, Thank you ZOSI.
